This website introduces our studio and shows examples of our work. It is for information only. Browsing the site or sending us a message doesn't create a contract for services, a client relationship, or any obligation on either side.

When we take on a project, the work is governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

The case studies on this site describe software we designed, built or maintain. Project names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify the work. Their use doesn't imply that those owners endorse anything beyond the work described.

The animated previews are recreations of each product's interface, labeled “UI recreation”. They use sample data, not real customer information. Figures such as test counts or performance results describe each project as of the date shown at the top of this page and may change as the projects evolve.

When you use the contact form, you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you have the right to share them. We handle them as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please don't send confidential business information through the form. If your project needs confidentiality from the first conversation, say so and we'll sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share the details. Until then, we can't treat what you send as confidential, although we will never publish it.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• attempt to break into, overload, probe or disrupt the site or the systems behind it;
• bypass or test our rate limits, spam filters or other security measures without our written permission;
• send automated, bulk, misleading or unlawful messages through the contact form;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product or dataset; or
• impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.

We may block access from anyone who breaks these rules.

Found a security issue? Please report it to us privately through the contact form rather than testing it further. We appreciate good-faith reports.

The eXtraLife name, logo, pixel-heart mark, website design, text and code are owned by us or our licensors and protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and other laws. You may view and share pages of this site for personal reference or to evaluate working with us. Any other copying, modification or reuse requires our written permission.

The site links to live products and third-party websites that we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their content or availability.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about the site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is a quote, estimate or guarantee for your project; those come only in writing as part of an agreement.

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including liability for fraud, bad faith or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute about them will be brought before the competent courts of the Philippines. We would always rather solve problems by talking first, so please contact us before taking any formal step.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. For questions about these terms, use the contact form on our homepage and choose “Something else”.
